Enterprise AI Solutions
We clarify where to start with AI, validate it with a controlled pilot, and bring employee AI use under corporate control. From analysis to operations, end to end.
Companies have three needs.
Choosing the right solution
“We want to benefit from AI, but where should we start?” Among many tools and promises, we clarify together what fits your business and your problem.
Expertise, time and end-to-end ownership
“We have an IT team and have run some experiments.” Experiments are valuable, but the road from pilot to corporate use needs its own expertise, time and ownership.
Bringing employee AI use under control
“Our employees are using AI.” Which tool, with which data, under which rules — we make it visible, defined and manageable.
End-to-end service in four areas.
Analysis & Roadmap
Current processes, data and tools are reviewed; suitable areas for AI are prioritized and a workable roadmap is produced.
Corporate Usage Framework
Tool, data and responsibility rules for employee AI use are defined, along with a usage policy and training framework.
Pilot & Implementation
The chosen use case is tested in a limited-scope pilot with measurable goals; based on results, it moves to corporate implementation.
Operations & Development
Monitoring and improving the live solution and extending it with new use cases; user support and regular reviews.
Controlled progress in five stages.
- 01
Needs analysis
Business problems, processes and current AI use are mapped.
- 02
Prioritization & solution design
Priorities are set by value, feasibility and risk, and the solution is designed.
- 03
Controlled pilot
A pilot is run with limited users and data, with success criteria defined up front.
- 04
Corporate integration
The solution connects to your systems, authorization and processes; teams are trained.
- 05
Continuous operation
Through monitoring, improvement and new use cases, the solution becomes a living system.
Small, measurable starting points.
The right pilot differs for every company. Candidate scenarios we often see:
Product & procedure knowledge assistant
An internal assistant that answers questions from company documents, citing sources.
Request & quote drafting
A flow that summarizes incoming requests and proposes quote drafts, leaving approval to people.
Order-to-draft conversion
Turning orders received by email or document into draft records in your system.
Sales follow-up plans
A sales support flow that suggests follow-ups based on customer history.
Management report explanation
A summary layer that explains deviations in existing reports in plain language.
From SMEs to established companies.
Whether you are a newly digitizing SME or an established company with its own IT team, we clarify where to start with AI, which process to apply it to and how to keep it under control. We work across manufacturing, distribution, wholesale and retail, technical B2B, dealer networks and service — especially where information, request and order flows are dense.
Privacy & data approach
Which data goes to which tool is defined up front; authorization, logging and human-approval points are part of the design. We do not promise absolute guarantees or error-free results for any AI solution; we talk openly about risks and limits.
Where does your AI use stand?
Answer six short questions. If most are “not sure”, that is normal; it is exactly where the work starts. Your answers reach us and I will reply with short feedback.
Management consulting and software experience, together.
A consultant who has long worked on the sales and operations of companies that run through dealer networks. In AI work he clarifies the business problem, the process and the corporate framework.
20+ years of software experience; MES/MOM in manufacturing, integrations and enterprise applications. He takes the chosen solution from pilot to live, connected to your existing systems.

Questions before you decide.
Will our data leave the country?
It depends on the chosen tool and its settings. At the start we define together which data goes to which tool, and for sensitive data we evaluate options that limit scope or keep data in-house. We do not give absolute guarantees; we talk openly about the risks.
Can our employees use tools like ChatGPT?
Banning often just makes use invisible. We recommend a usage framework that defines which tools may be used with which kind of information and under which rules; the rules are set to fit your company.
How long does a pilot take?
It varies with the scenario scope, data readiness and integration needs. We deliberately keep pilots small and measurable. After the intro call we put the estimated duration and success criteria in writing.
We have our own IT team; would we still need you?
Your IT team's experiments are valuable. We do not replace them; we work with them on prioritization, pilot management, the corporate usage framework and operations. If needed you can take support only for the analysis and roadmap stage.
Do you guarantee results in AI projects?
No. AI results depend on data, process and usage; we do not promise error-free output or a specific return. Instead we set the goal and measure up front and review pilot results together.
Let's clarify where to start, together.
